JDMvW
Ansco (later GAF) advertised their color films having 'natural color,' which was true enough if you lived in a "world of brown" After it was gone (1978 or so), its GAF 500 slide film was sometimes described as the "worst slide film ever", but it could get almost impossible images with the right gear> Here is a picture from inside the Mastaba of Mereruka at Saqqara, Egypt handheld with 55mm f/1.2 Nikkor

hapien
Characters seem to hold some sort of bowls. This reminds me of documentary of african concrete workers. In nordic countries it is common that concrete mixer operator showels sand and cement directly to the mixer. In africa they have separate bowl operators that each transports mixed indegridients from ground level to mill.
glen_h
Taken on my last day of high school. I got a recently expired roll of Anscochrome 200, processing included. There are more pictures, some taken with a flashcube, but wanted to show available light, as above. They are taken on a Canon VI, with I believe the Xenogon 35/2.8 lens. My favorite lens for that camera. -- glen
glen_h
This one is also last day of school, but taken with a flashcube on an Agfalux C flash unit. I inherited that one from my grandfather. It is only slightly larger than the flashcube itself. -- glen
glen_h
And my favorite airport. Taken in daylight, so you can better judge the natural color. The same roll of Anscochrome 200. -- glen
